SPORTS CLUBS’ EFFECTIVENESS Some interesting lessons can be drawn from research done into the organizational effectiveness of Finnish Sports Clubs by Koski, who made a study into 835 Finnish sports clubs in an attempt to analyze their organizational effectiveness in terms of being an open and effective operation (Journal of Sport Management, Volume 9 Number 1).
