In 14 years of coaching, I have never had a team outrebounded. Rebounding is a state of mind. You can do all the drills you want, you can talk about all the things you want to talk about, but here's what we do in rebounding. Every drill we do finishes in a made basket or a live rebound. We have a contest-a-shot drill, 4 offense, 3 defense. You must stop them three consecutive times. If the open man gets the rebound, it doesn't count. The offense cannot dribble. We are working on shot contesting, closeouts and rebounding.

And guys don't like to chase balls. The other thing that it does is to make the player go to the ball. They can pass it, and then they must move to catch it. " A player only needs a ball, a Toss Back, and a basket. I don't work for Toss Back, but I do believe that it is a good apparatus. " It weighs the same as the regular ball, but it is bigger.
