It is a great way to get practice going. After a short water break, we go into our specialties. We break that session down and work on different phases of the game each session. If players are not involved in the specialties, they go with another coach and work on individual work. The linemen get some great work during this session. In the last 10 minutes of the specialty period, we work on team. If we are punting, we work on the individual aspects in the first part of the session and then go team the last 10 minutes.
